 Emotional and verbal abuse

Problem:

You may not believe that a woman is abused if she is not being physically hurt. But verbal and emotional abuse can have long-lasting effects that are just as serious as the effects of physical abuse. Verbal and emotional abuse includes name calling and trying to scare, isolate or control them. It is also usually a sign that physical abuse may follow. Emotional and verbal abuse can also continue if physical abuse begins. If you have been abused, it is never your fault. 

Solution:

I think that we need all the time to be attentive because really you can not think you are being  abused verbaly  but when you start being abused verbally,physical abuse can start. So be attentive of your live and of someone else because you can start being abused.

Elder abuse

Problem:

Elder abuse occurs when a trusted caregiver or adult harms an older person (someone who is senior or older). It includes many types of abuse, such as physical, sexual, emotional, verbal, and financial. Elder abuse can also mean not taking care of an older person at risk to the point of harm, for example, by denying them food or medical care. Also elder abuse affects women more than men. The elder abuse is a illegal because it can kill someone.

Solution:

I think that this problem need to stop.But how? The best form is that ssomeone needs to take care the older people because the older people can´t fight because there muscles don´t funtion good.Someone needs to be aware of the elderly so that they do not suffer any type of abuse, it is also necessary to be aware of the medicines and special care that some elderly need.

Discrimination to women

Problem:

Violence against women are caused by power imbalances such as not having the same opportunities as a couple that exists all over the world.

 Examples of how men go crazy and start acting like that with women.Consuming  of alcohol and drugs, economic stress, communication at home as a couple, Loss of family values, Infidelity, Change of role of women.

Solution:

My solution is that everyone deserves the same respect becasue we are not different we are all humans. In the abuse of women, my solution would be for the abusers family to teach him the rights that women have and the laws that protect them from that abuse. Their relatives should tech them,not to act poorly or with violence so they don´t behave badly and affect there future.

 

 

Why men have more opportunites that women 

 Problem:

Men can have more opportunities  than women in their jobs because they think that men are the only ones who can do anything. They do not value women as if they are equal to men , because they think they have to do things at home such as: babysitting, cleaning the house, make food, etc. And when they get a job they don't earn as much money as men.

Most medium and large companies pay higher salarys to men than women, according to the latest government figures, reflecting the different average hourly wages earned by men and women. "Government data showed that 74% of companies pay higher rates to their male staff. Only 15% of companies with more than 250 employees pay more to women. Up to 11% of companies said there is no difference between the rates paid to both genders".

Solution:

I think this is a bad thing for woman cause we need to respect them and all should have the same rigths so I think we have to stop this problem, and that all have the same opportunities in there jobs.Help us in this campaign to disperse that everyone has to have the same salary and opportunities at work.

We are inviting you to help us in our campaign and here are some reasons.

1.Many men think they deserve everything but it is not the truth.

2.The rights of women are not always those of men and that is wrong because we are all equal.

3.Things do not really change because women think that men cannot do things that they do like cleaning the house and since women do not let them they do not help to change the world.

4.Sometimes men win better job often than women, as they can offer a man to have better things and then offer women a low-class job.

5.Men  believed that they are  powerful and that they can do whatever they want because women do not have the same rights, and in some cases men are the ones who are abused but there is more abuse for women on the part of the physical man as violence and in what Mentally they make women believe that they should earn less money but that should not be done like that.

Why we decide this problem

 We decide this problem because most of time it happens to many girls and women so we want to help this women of what they are going through by how men abuse them.Also we decided because we don´t want that things happen to us or other girls.We also want to change the perspective of men so they can stop thinking they are the best and  that women need to have the same  respect because they are not toys and we  need the  same rights because we are all human beings.
